Once I have requested an employee, how long will it take to get the right person?

When you will receive an employee from us it is based on several variables. It will depend on the number of candidates we have available for you in your particular field, and what kind of qualifications you require. As soon as we find a match, we notify you immediately.

What will happen if the employee you sent me does not work out?

If for some unforeseen reason an employee that we sent you does not work out, please notify us immediately and we will resolve the matter immediately. We guarantee to send you the right person, at the right price and right on time. We stand behind our placements and will find you an employee that meets your satisfaction.

What if I need to contact you after hours?

Our regular hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. We also offer customer based after hours support for your convenience.
